Surveys realised by CRITT Poitou-Charentes     CRITT Agro-Alimentaire Poitou-Charentes realises technological surveys in the following specific fields: Quality, Ingredient, New technologies, Environment, Products, Nutrition.       Additionally it monitors French and European regulations on a daily basis, and issues a semi-monthly watch bulletin to its members.      Regarding nutrition, we track in-house the principal sources useful to our members, and restore them in a personalized fashion.      We also take part in the NUTRIAA survey network, in which 6 technical centres and one interface contribute to a database that you can question on the internet.
