Presentation of the research programmes
ACTIA centers cover the whole of the agro-alimentary sectors (meats, dairy products, produced sea, fruit and vegetables....) as well as the whole of the services to the food industrys including NUTRITION.
ACTIA centers, with their 1200 wage-earnings including 120 doctors, 360 engineers and 600 technicians, take an active part in research in agro-alimentary and this with an objective of application of the research works in industry.
ACTIA centers are taking part in many research programs of which projects cofinanced by ACTIA. These projects utilize ACTIA centers in partnership with research laboratories (INRA, INSERM,…) and /or vocational organizations and /or industrials and /or institutionals (AFSSA,…).The main projects on the set of themes NUTRITION currently animated by ACTIA centers are:
